Hollywood actor Tom Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson, were among the first few celebrities to test positive for COVID-19. He told of his coronavirus diagnosis in March, when a worldwide pandemic was settling. He was set to begin shooting for the film in Queensland when they caught the virus, but it seems 6 months down, he is all fit and is now back to Australia to shoot his film.
The veteran actor is set to star in the untitled biopic of famous American musician, Elvis Presley. It is being directed by Baz Luhrmann. According to a Variety report, it quotes Luhrmann as saying that they are back on set.
The shoot was to begin in Queensland in March, but the coronovirus epidemic halted the filming. Now, they are set to go back on floors from 23rd September.
