Raveena Tandon shared this useful method to relieve eye strain

Coronavirus pandemic and subsequent lockdown have confused our lives. For the past several months, many of us have been working from home, Children not only playing online games, but also learning with the enhancement of e-classes. And all this means longer screen time. Several surveys have also proved how we are spending a lot of time in front of the screen and how it is negatively affecting our health and how people are suffering from eye strain.

Actress Raveena Tandon offered a simple DIY that anyone can do to relaxed their eyes. What she posted in the video said how we are confined in our home which is epidemic and the best means of staying at home is staying safe. She said that the school closed, childrens are spending more time in front of the computer which means increased screen time. She told how people are also working from home and for this they have to sit in front of the computer for good hours. And due to too much screen time, our eyes are getting tired and tense automatically.

She gave a simple methods as follows:

Take some cold milk in a small bowl and put two cotton pads or balls in it.

Take them out, squeeze out all the extra milk from the pad and place them on your eyelids.

The person should keep repeating till the eye strain and tiredness go away.
