Neetu Kapoor wrote a heartfelt note for medical staff of the hospital where Rishi Kapoor died

Actor Neetu Kapoor on Monday shared a post thanking medical staff for their efforts in the hospital, where famous actor Rishi Kapoor passed away.
The 61-year-old actor took to Instagram and shared two monochromatic photos with the post. The first showed the late star smiling, while the second is an adorable picture showing Neetu and Rishi smiling. Along with the post, he gave a message thanking the hospital and staff that he treated the late star like his family. She wrote, “As a family, we have a deep sense of loss..”

She also added, “…when we sit together and look back at the past few months what we also feel is immense gratitude – gratitude towards the doctors at HN reliance hospital! The whole team of doctors, brothers and nurses headed by Dr Tarang Gianchandani treated my husband like he was their own – they advised us like we were their own.. and for all that and more I thank them from the bottom of my heart.. @rfhospital”

More than 10 k likes were received within an hour of posting the gratitude. Celebrity followers including Manish Malhotra and Richa Chadha left heart emojis on the post.

Rishi Kapoor died peacefully on Thursday morning, April, 30, after a two-year-long battle with leukaemia, his family said in a statement. In September 2019, the veteran actor returned to Mumbai after being in New York for nearly a year for cancer treatment.
