Over the course of several occasions, Kajal Aggarwal has revealed that she does not believe in going down with a knife for physical appearance and that she believes in natural methods to stay fit. Apparently, she practices gym every day to stay fit. She also ensures that she gets enough sleep and drinks plenty of water. As far as work is concerned, Kajal Aggarwal’s routine includes weight lifting three times a week and doing yoga on other days.

2. Samantha Akkineni:

Samantha is one of the celebrities known for her fitness in the entertainment industry. He himself has confessed several times that he is a fitness freak. Samantha is committed to staying healthy and reportedly, she never missed her training sessions. If she misses the session due to work-related commitments, she will make sure she at least goes for jogging. Her workout sessions are mostly filled with cardio and heavyweight training. 3. Tamannaah Bhatia:

Tamannaah Bhatia, known for her fit physique and glowing skin, is one who follows a strict diet plan. Every day, she reportedly mixes honey and lemon juice in a handful of soaked almonds and a glass of lukewarm water and drinks it in the morning. Tamannaah also keeps on sipping water, fruit juices, coconut water and soup to help keep it hydrated. Tamannaah never misses her gym session. She religiously follows the gym routine set by her personal fitness trainer. Her gym routine includes weight lifting, abs and cardio. Apparently, she spends at least an hour in the gym in her daily routine. Apart from the gym, she also does yoga and swimming regularly.
