Today we are talking about a lesser-known Japanese tea that can help promote weight loss. Health enthusiasts should know about the boom of green tea in Japan and it later spread to many countries including India. However, aside from green tea, there is another tea in Japan for weight loss and better health. It is prepared not from leaves but from black soybeans. According to an article published in the Journal of Obesity, these black soybeans can treat obesity.
Black soybean, also known as the “Crown Prince of Beans”, contains an antioxidant known as anthocyanin. According to the Journal of Medicinal Food, anthocyanin limits fat absorption by increasing lipid metabolism. Being rich in fiber, bean tea acts as an appetite controller. And fewer calories means less fat.
Not all of this, the presence of isoflavones and saponin aid to increase the rate of metabolism. And better metabolism means that fat is burned faster and weight loss goals become easier to achieve.

The polyphenol element present in soybean acts as an anti-aging agent and helps us look younger and younger. Convulsively their blood pressure decreases in hypertensive patients and their blood glucose levels also decrease in patients with diabetes. It also acts as a hormone regulator, reduces the likelihood of various cardiovascular diseases, lowers cholesterol, and reduces the risk of arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).
