Akshay Kumar has been actively involved to support as many people as he can during these times. From his generous donations to the PM Care Fund, to helping theatre owners and others, he is doing his best. Given that the news all around is already serious, its always disappointing when rumours start floating. One such rumour was recently how he had arranged the entire chartered plane for his sister and her children amid the air travel ban.
Taking to Twitter to shut down all these rumours and even said that he is thinking about taking legal action against such reports. He wrote, ““This news about me booking a charter flight for my sister and her two kids is FAKE from start to end.She has not travelled anywhere since the lockdown and she has only one child!Contemplating legal action, enough of putting up with false, concocted reports!”.

On the work front, Akshay did a commercial filming for the Government of India with R Balki, which became the first shoot to take place during lockdown. He also has his own Rohit Shetty film, Sooryavanshi, which was postponed for release due to the lockdown.
